I wonder if we will see a One Laptop Per Child Give One Get One sale of the XO-2 in 2010.
looking forward to the XO-2!
two 16×9 touch screens, around $75
found another site that says xo-2 comes in 2011
and xo-3 (a tablet like the ipad) in 2012

I have some donations I hope to plan around the xo-2, the xo-3 would fit even better.
more about these donations later.

Release of Box2DFlash 2.1 alpha
notable new features: (speculation based on the new testbed)
Raycast is now built in (you could manually add it into 2.01)
Buoyancy is built in (you could manually add it into 2.01)
Breakable (joints? or weld?)
One sided platform (i hear the entire contact system is new)
I have also heard that the coding practices have been changed to be more like flash code. Sounds like there were very big changes to the core, and this version has been largely refactored.
Big thanks to Erin Catto and BorisTheBrave!
these links show off the new features.
Official new site for Box2DFlash

Alchemy port of Box2D C++ version to flash.

Alchemy port is thanks to jesse@sideroller.com aka mayobutter?
In other news thew forum has been hacked and will be down for a few days.
Within the next month or so i will dive into this new version of box2d and have more information on what has changed. Really looking forward to it!
